Shipping policy
At Cedarvu, we work with trusted international suppliers to deliver carefully selected home decor and lighting products directly to your door.
Because many of our products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses, delivery times can vary depending on the item, destination, and current shipping conditions.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 7–20 business days
United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
Canada: 10–25 business days
Australia: 10–25 business days
Europe: 10–25 business days
Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, local courier issues, or other factors outside of our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.
Some products may ship from international warehouses, including China. As a result, your order may pass through customs before reaching you.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Cedarvu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is because products may be fulfilled from different supplier warehouses.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear, as carriers sometimes take time to scan packages into their system.
Delayed or Missing Orders

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cedarvu is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cedarvu is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbours, your local courier, or your building’s mailroom before contacting us.
Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Because we work with supplier warehouses that begin processing orders quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
