How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location, the item ordered, and the shipping method available at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States only.
Available shipping options and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
Where are your products shipped from?
Cedarvu works with trusted fulfilment partners to help deliver selected lighting and home decor products to customers in the United States.
Depending on the item ordered, products may be shipped from different fulfilment locations. This helps us offer a wider range of carefully selected products at competitive prices.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging where possible. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@cedarvu.com before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
If your return is approved due to a fault with the item or an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@cedarvu.com as soon as possible, and within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and problem so we can review it quickly and make it right.
How are refunds issued?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cedarvu.com.
We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
